"I Don’t Have Time"

  • "I want to get the certification, but I don’t have time!"

  • "I don’t have time to conduct 1-on-1 meetings with my team members."

  • "I want to complete this course, but I don’t have time!"

  • "Lessons Learned sessions are a good practice, but we don’t have time for this right now!"

  • "Keeping fit is important, but I am overwhelmed with my job! I don’t have time for this."

What really stands behind this inability to give yourself the time you need?

Typically, it boils down to one of two issues:

  1. Lack of Motivation: You know what should be done and how to do it, but the "why" behind it isn’t strong or urgent enough.

  2. Uncertainty: You don’t know how to approach it: Where to start? What to do? Even with good motivation, finding the right path to begin can be challenging.

What is it that you don’t have time for?

Remember, the hardest part of daily runs is just changing into your running gear and stepping outside.
